- News: Debt service on the Bonds is payable on June 1 and December 1 of each year (hereinafter a Payment Date). On December 1, 2018 total debt service (interest only) on the Bonds of $179,390.63 was due. On December 1, 2018 in order to have sufficient funds to pay interest due on the Bonds on that date, the Trustee withdrew $30,333.16 from the Surplus Fund.
