• News: Debt service on the Bonds is payable on June 1 and December 1 of each year (hereinafter a Payment Date). On December 1, 2018 total debt service (interest only) on the Bonds of $179,390.63 was due. On December 1, 2018 in order to have sufficient funds to pay interest due on the Bonds on that date, the Trustee withdrew $30,333.16 from the Surplus Fund. General This notice is being sent to Bondowners for their information because of the occurrence of the events described above. Capitalized terms used in this notice if not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given to them in the documents described above. The Trustee recommends that any beneficial holder that desires to receive future communications directly send us a notice including its claimed holdings of the issue (with details of the CUSIP numbers and amounts), a contact person, address, telephone number and facsimile number. Please note that the Trustee may conclude that a specific response to particular inquiries from individual Bondowners is not consistent with equal and full dissemination of information to all Bondowners.
