• News: The Puerto Rico Public Finance Corporation (the Corporation) hereby gives notice to all holders of bond indebtedness (the Bonds) issued by the Corporation pursuant to the trust agreement, dated as of June 1, 2004, as amended, by and between the Corporation and U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as trustee (the Trustee), as follows: On August 1, 2018, the Trustee was scheduled to make payments in the aggregate amount of $31,590,000 of principal and $21,344,738.54 of interest on the Bonds. Notice is hereby given that such payments were not made. The Corporation refers its holders to the previous notices posted to EMMA regarding the Corporations debt service payments under the Bonds.
