- News: The Puerto Rico Public Finance Corporation (the Corporation) hereby gives notice to all holders of bond indebtedness (the Bonds) issued by the Corporation pursuant to the trust agreement, dated as of June 1, 2004, as amended, by and between the Corporation and U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as trustee (the Trustee), as follows: On February 1, 2018, the Trustee was scheduled to make payments in the aggregate amount of $21,344,738.54 of interest on the Bonds. Notice is hereby given that such payments were not made. The Corporation refers its holders to the previous notices posted to EMMA regarding the Corporations debt service payments under the Bonds.

- News: In connection with the continuing disclosure obligations imposed on issuers of municipal securities by Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Puerto Rico Public Finance Corporation (the Corporation) must notify the occurrence of certain events. Rule 15c2-12(b)(5)(i)(C)(11) requires that the Corporation provide notice to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) of rating changes relating to its outstanding bonds. Notice is hereby provided that on March 2, 2018, Standard & Poors Global Ratings (S&P) discontinued the unenhanced rating on the Corporations Commonwealth Appropriation Bonds. Some insured bonds ratings may have not changed. Attached are a copy of S&Ps publication and a list of the affected bonds.
