- News: The Puerto Rico Public Buildings Authority (PBA) hereby gives notice to all holders of the Government Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2011 T (Qualified Zone Academy Bonds Direct Payment) (the Series T Bonds) issued by the PBA pursuant to Resolution No. 468, adopted on June 22, 1995 and Resolution No. 1618, adopted on December 19, 2011 and the Government Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2011 R (Qualified School Construction Bonds Issuer Subsidy) (the Series R Bonds), issued by PBA pursuant to Resolution No. 468, adopted on June 22, 1995 and Resolution No. 1596, adopted on August 10, 2011, as follows: On January 2, 2018, by virtue of rollover from January 1, 2018 to the next business day, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as fiscal agent for the Series T Bonds and the Series R Bonds (the Fiscal Agent), was scheduled to make payments in the aggregate amount of approximately $1,690,878.00 of interest on the Series T Bonds (which includes interest amounts that are paid through Qualified Zone Academy Bond program subsidies) and approximately $10,703,592.13 of interest on the Series R Bonds (which includes interest amounts that are paid through the Qualified School Construction Bond program subsidies). Notice is hereby given that such payments were not made in full. Notice is further hereby given that $1,373,409.62 of interest was paid on the Series T Bonds and $7,683,441.61 of interest was paid on the Series R Bonds, in each case, representing amounts received from the applicable interest subsidy programs; however, the remaining outstanding interest of $317,468.38 on the Series T Bonds or $3,020,150.52 on the Series R Bonds due January 2, 2018 was not paid by PBA. PBA refers its holders to the notices posted on EMMA on January 10, 2018 by the Fiscal Agent regarding PBAs debt service payment under the Series T Bonds and Series R Bonds.
