- News: The Puerto Rico Public Buildings Authority (PBA) hereby gives notice to all holders of the Government Facilities Revenue Bonds and Government Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, (the PBA Bonds), as follows: On January 2, 2018, by virtue of rollover from January 1, 2018 to the next business day, as fiscal agent for the PBA Bonds (the Fiscal Agent), was scheduled to make payments in the aggregate amount of $10,047,235 of interest on certain PBA Bonds. Notice is hereby given that such payment was not made by PBA. Draws were made on various insurance policies insuring principal and interest payments on the PBA Insured Bonds amounting to $10,047,235. 1
