• News: This Notice is being provided by Inverness Village, an Oklahoma not for profit corporation (the Borrower), pursuant to the requirement of Rule 15c2-12 (the Rule) of the Securities and Exchange Commission, in connection with the above-referenced bonds identified on Schedule I hereto (the Bonds). The above-referenced Series 2012 Bonds were issued under and pursuant to a Trust Indenture dated as of May 1, 2012 (the Series 2012 Bond Indenture) between the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority (the Authority) and UMB Bank, National Association, as trustee (the Trustee). The above-referenced Series 2013 Bonds were issued under and pursuant to a Trust Indenture dated as of July 1, 2013 (the Series 2013 Bond Indenture and together with the Series 2012 Bond Indenture, the Bond Indentures) between the Authority and the Trustee. The proceeds of the Series 2012 Bonds were loaned to the Borrower pursuant to a Loan Agreement dated as of May 1, 2012 between the Authority and the Borrower with respect to the Series 2012 Bonds (the Series 2012 Loan Agreement). The proceeds of the Series 2013 Bonds were loaned to the Borrower pursuant to a Loan Agreement dated as of July 1, 2013 between the Authority and the Borrower with respect to the Series 2013 Bonds (the Series 2013 Loan Agreement and together with the Series 2012 Loan Agreement, the Loan Agreements).
