UMB Bank, N.A. is the successor bond trustee and successor master trustee (the Trustee) under the Bond Indenture dated as of June 1, 2007 between the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority and the Bank of Oklahoma, National Association (as amended and supplemented, the Bond Indenture) and the Master Trust Indenture dated as of June 1, 2007 between Farmers Union Hospital Association, d/b/a Great Plains Regional Medical Center (the Hospital Corporation) and the Bank of Oklahoma, National Association (as amended and supplemented, the Master Indenture) with respect to the Bonds. Obligations of the Hospital Corporation under the Master Indenture and related documents are primary sources for the payment of principal, premium, if any, interest, and other amounts relating to the Bonds. The Bonds are secured by, among other assets, Pledged Revenues of the Hospital Corporation.
