• News: This Notice is provided by The Bank of New York Mellon (the ""Trustee"") pursuant to Section 9.1 of that certain Trust Agreement (the ""Trust Agreement"") by and between the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority (the ""Authority"") and the Trustee, dated as of May 1, 2007 (the ""Trust Agreement""). On August 31, 2016, the Authority and the Trustee executed and delivered that certain First Amendment to Trust Agreement (the ""Supplemental Trust Agreement""). Section 9.1 of the Trust Agreement provides, in effect, that: (i) upon execution by the Authority and the Trustee of the Supplemental Trust Agreement, the Trustee shall mail this Notice setting forth in general terms the substance of the Supplemental Trust Agreement to each Rating Agency then rating the Bonds and the Holders of the Bonds at the address shown on the registration books of the Trustee; and (ii) any failure to give this Notice, or any defect herein, shall not however, in any way impair or affect the validity of the Supplemental Trust Agreement.
