National Public Financial Guaranty (NPFG) provides a bond insurance policy for the above referenced bonds subsequent to a reinsurance agreement. On January 17, 2018, Moodys Investor Service (Moodys) downgraded the rating of NPFG to Baa2 from A3. Consequently, the Moodys Insured Rating for the Series 2001A bonds is Baa2.
