- News: Notice is hereby given by the La Habra City School District (the Issuer) that the Insured Rating of the above referenced bonds has changed. National Public Financial Guaranty (NPFG) provides a bond insurance policy for the above referenced bonds subsequent to a reinsurance agreement. On January 17, 2018, Moodys Investor Service (Moodys) downgraded the rating of NPFG to Baa2 from A3. Consequently, the Moodys Insured Rating for the Series 2001A bonds is Baa2. The foregoing is intended to satisfy the Issuers continuing disclosure requirements under Rule 15c2- 12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to Section 5(a)(11) of the Continuing Disclosure Certificate for the above referenced bonds.
