- News: This Notice of Occurrence of Listed Event (the Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Indio (the Successor Agency), pursuant to Section 5 of that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate, dated May 8, 2008 (the Disclosure Certificate), executed and delivered by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Indio in connection with the issuance of $60,600,000 Indio Merged Redevelopment Project Area 2008 Subordinate Tax Allocation Bonds, Series A and $6,640,000 Indio Merged Redevelopment Project Area 2008 Taxable Subordinate Tax Allocation Bonds, Series B (collectively, the Bonds) and the requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The following information is being provided as required by the Disclosure Certificate in order to comply with the Successor Agencys obligations to provide notice to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board of the occurrence of a Listed Event. On April 10, 2018, S&P Global Ratings (formerly Standard & Poors Ratings Services) raised its Local Currency Long-Term Rating on the Bonds from BBB- to BBB+.
