  • News: This Notice of Occurrence of Listed Event (the Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Indio (the Successor Agency), pursuant to Section 6 of that certain Continuing Disclosure Agreement, dated July 1, 2004 (the Disclosure Agreement), executed and delivered by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Indio in connection with the issuance and delivery of $9,760,000 Taxable Tax Allocation Bonds (Merged Project Area) 2004 Series A (the Bonds) and the requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The following information is being provided as required by the Disclosure Agreement in order to comply with the Successor Agencys obligations to provide notice to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board of the occurrence of a Listed Event. On April 10, 2018, S&P Global Ratings (formerly Standard & Poors Ratings Services) raised its Local Currency Long-Term and Underlying Ratings on the Bonds from A+ to AA-. Information from the rating agencies regarding the ratings actions may be obtained from such rating agencies. This Notice may contain information material to bond owners and does not purport to contain all material information with respect to the Bonds or the financial condition of the Successor Agency.
