On December 27, 2017, the City received notice from DTC that the interest payment was not made as scheduled. While adequate funds were held in escrow by the Citys paying agent on the interest payment date, as a result of administrative error, the disbursement of such funds was inadvertently delayed in processing for payment to DTC.
