- News: As required under S.E.C. Rule 15c2-12, the above referenced City is filing a Material Event Notice due to an interest payment delinquency by the City. On June 1, 2017, the City had inadvertently missed an interest payment due for the $6,125,000 Public Improvement Refunding (Serial) Bonds, 2017. Due to a clerical error the payment was not made until June 9, 2017. The payment was the first payment scheduled for the bonds and the City has no reason to believe there will be any delinquent payments in the future.

- News: Notice is hereby given pursuant to United States Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 15c2-12 that the Citys December 1, 2017 interest payment was not made in a timely manner for the referenced bonds. On December 27, 2017, the City received notice from DTC that the interest payment was not made as scheduled. While adequate funds were held in escrow by the Citys paying agent on the interest payment date, as a result of administrative error, the disbursement of such funds was inadvertently delayed in processing for payment to DTC. The interest payment has since been made. This notice is based on the best information available at the time of dissemination and is not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness.
