On December 5, 2017, Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) downgraded the insurance financial strength rating from AA+ to AA on National Public Finance Guarantee Corp. (NPFG), a s ubsidiary of MBIA Inc., assigned a Negative Outlook and subsequently withdrew the rating for business reasons. The Certificates are insured by NPFG. KBRA does not maintain an underlying rating on the Certificates. As a consequence, the KBRA rating on the Certificates has been withdrawn.
