On January 17, 2018, Moodys Investors Service (Moodys) downgraded its financial strength ratings on National Public Finance Guaranty (NPFG), formerly known as MBIA Insurance Corp., from A3 to Baa2. The Certificates are insured by NPFG. Moodys does not maintain an underlying rating on the Certificates. As a consequence, the rating of the Certificates was downgraded to Baa2. KBRA does not maintain an underlying rating on the Certificates. As a consequence, the KBRA rating on the Certificates has been withdrawn.
