- News: This Notice of Occurrence of Listed Event (Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the City of Tracy (the City), pursuant to Section 5 of that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate, dated October 25, 2007 (the Disclosure Certificate), executed by the City, in connection with the delivery of the Tracy Operating Partnership Joint Powers Authoritys (the Authority) $2,690,000 2007 Lease Revenue Bonds, Series A (Fire Station Project) (the Bonds) and the requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
