( d/b/a Village on the Isle) (the ""Obligor"") is replacing Wells Fargo, as Master Trustee (the ""Prior Master Trustee""). By letter dated May 4, 2017, the Obligor replaced Wells Fargo as Master Trustee (the ""Prior Master Trustee""). The Obligor has appointed The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as the Successor Master Trustee (the ""Master Trustee"") with like effect as if originally named in the Master Indenture. All conditions relating to the appointment of the Successor Master Trustee under the Master Indenture have been met by the Obligor.
