The Bonds are currently insured by MBIA; however, Moodys did not downgrade the underlying ratings of the Bonds. The Moodys report is attached hereto as Exhibit A. An explanation of the significance of this rating change may be obtained from Moodys. Such rating reflects only the views of Moodys.
