• News: This Notice of Occurrence of Listed Event (Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the City of Roseville (the City), pursuant to Section 5 of that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate, dated July 12, 2017 (the Disclosure Certificate), executed by the City, in connection with the execution and delivery of the Roseville Finance Authoritys (the Authority) $30,820,000 Special Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017A (the Bonds) and the requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The following information is being provided as required by the Disclosure Certificate in order to comply with the Citys obligations to notify owners of the Bonds, the participating underwriters, and the Repository of the occurrence of a Listed Event. At issuance, the Bonds maturing on September 1 of the years 2030 through 2033 were issued an insurance policy by Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp. On June 12, 2018, S&P Global Ratings (formerly, Standard & Poors Ratings Services) upgraded its Local Currency Long-Term Rating on the uninsured Bonds and its Underlying Rating on the insured Bonds to AA- from BBB+.
