- News: This Notice of Termination of Reporting Obligations (Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the Roseville Finance Authority (the Authority) pursuant to: Sections 4 and 5 of the Continuing Disclosure Certificate dated May 1, 2007, (the 2007 Disclosure Certificate), executed by the Authority in connection with the execution and delivery of the 2007 Series A Special Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds (Senior Lien Bonds) of $44,075,000 and 2007 Series B Special Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds (Junior Lien Bonds) of $10,350,000 (the 2007 Revenue Bonds). The Authority issued the 2007 Revenue Bonds pursuant to an Official Statement dated May 3, 2007. On July 12, 2017, the 2007 Revenue Bonds were deemed defeased upon the issuance of the Authority 2017A Series Special Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds (the Refunding Revenue Bonds) In accordance with Section 5 of the 2007 Disclosure Certificate, the Authoritys reporting obligations with regards to the 2007 Revenue Bonds have been terminated and the Authority shall make no additional filings thereunder.
