Notice is hereby given that the rating with respect to the Insurer was downgraded by Moody`s Investors Service. The rating for the Insurer has been subject to the following rating action: On January 17, 2018 - Moody`s Investor Service, (""Moody`s"") has downgraded the senior debt rating of MBIA Inc. (MBIA) to Ba3 from Ba1 and the insurance financial strength (IFS) rating of its principal operating su bsidiary, National Public Finance Guarantee Corporation (National), to Baa2 from A3. The outlook for the ratings is stable. An explanation of the signficance of the new rating may be obtained from the rating agency. The new rating reflects only the view of the rating agency and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold the obligations. The issuer, of the aforementioned financings (""Issuer"") makes no represenation as to the appropriateness of the new rating.
