- News: The Puerto Rico Ports Authority (the Ports Authority) hereby gives notice to all holders of the Revenue Bonds (Ports Authority Project), Series 2011B (the Bonds) issued by the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (PRIFA) pursuant to the Loan and Trust Agreement (the Loan and Trust Agreement), dated as of December 1, 2011, among PRIFA, as issuer, the Ports Authority, as borrower, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee (the Trustee), as follows: The Ports Authority, PRIFA, and holders of a majority of the Bonds have extended the termination date under the existing Forbearance Agreement to February 5, 2018. Pursuant to the Forbearance Agreement, the holders of the Bonds party thereto have agreed to forbear from exercising any rights and remedies available to them under the Loan and Trust Agreement or otherwise available under applicable law while the Forbearance Agreement remains in effect. The Ports Authority refers holders of the Bonds to the Ports Authoritys previous notices posted to EMMA regarding the debt service payments under the Notes.
