- News: On February 6, 2018, Orlando Health, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (Orlando Health) and Orlando Health Central, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (Health Central, and together with Orlando Health, the Obligated Group) executed and delivered that certain Supplemental Indenture Number 68 dated as of February 1, 2018 (Supplement No. 68), supplementing and amending the Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture dated as of August 1, 1999, as heretofore supplemented and amended (the Existing Master Indenture, and together with Supplement No. 68, the Master Indenture), between the Obligated Group and The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York banking corporation, as trustee (the Master Trustee).
