- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of all of the Outstanding $187,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 855 Sixth Avenue Housing Revenue Bonds, 2013 Series A, 855 Sixth Avenue Housing Revenue Bonds, 2014 Series A and 855 Sixth Avenue Housing Revenue Bonds, 2015 Series A (collectively, the Bonds) of the New York State Housing Finance Agency (the Agency) that U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, has received a Change Notice, dated November 29, 2017 from the Agency declaring its election to mandate the tender of all of the Bonds for purchase at the Purchase Price on December 14, 2017 (the Discretionary Tender Date). In accordance with such Change Notice and the Agencys 855 Sixth Avenue Housing Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by the Agency on October 10, 2013 (the General Resolution), (ii) the Agencys 855 Sixth Avenue Housing Revenue Bond 2013 Series A Resolution adopted by the Agency on October 10, 2013 (the 2013 Series A Resolution), (iii) the Agencys 855 Sixth Avenue Housing Revenue Bond 2014 Series A Resolution adopted by the Agency on October 10, 2013 (the 2014 Series A Resolution) and (iv) the Agencys 855 Sixth Avenue Housing Revenue Bond 2015 Series A Resolution adopted by the Agency on October 10, 2013 (the 2015 Series A Resolution, such 2015 Series A Resolution, together with the General Resolution, the 2013 Series A Resolution and the 2014 Series A Resolution being referred to herein collectively as the Resolutions), all of the Bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on the Discretionary Tender Date at a Purchase Price of one hundred percent (100%) of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued interest to the Discretionary Tender Date. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Resolutions.
