- News: PURSUANT TO SECTION 16(p)(i) OF THE TIFIA LOAN AGREEMENT AND SECTION 6.05(c)(13) OF THE SENIOR LOAN AGREEMENT GOETHALS BRIDGE PROJECT (TIFIA 20121004A) DEBT SERVICE COVERAGE RATIOS FOR JULY 2018 Ladies and Gentlemen: Reference is made to the TIFIA Loan Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2013 (the TIFIA Loan Agreement), by and among NYNJ LINK BORROWER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the Borrower), NYNJ LINK DEVELOPER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the Developer) and the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, acting by and through the Federal Highway Administrator (the TIFIA Lender). Reference is also made to the Senior Loan and Guaranty Agreement, dated October 1, 2013, (the Senior Loan Agreement), by and among NEW JERSEY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, NYNJ LINK BORROWER LLC and NYNJ DEVELOPER LLC. Terms defined (whether expressly or by incorporation) in either the TIFIA Loan Agreement or the Senior Loan Agreement shall have the same meaning when used in this letter unless otherwise defined in this letter. Pursuant to Section 16(p)(i) of the TIFIA Loan Agreement and Section 6.05(c)(13) of the Senior Loan Agreement, we hereby submit the debt service coverage ratios for July 2018.
