• News: On the date the Bonds were issued, Moody`s Investors Service (Moodys) assigned its municipal bond rating of Aa2 to the Bonds based upon the issuance of an irrevocable transferable letter of credit by Barclays Bank PLC (the Bank) for each series of Bonds (the Barclays Letters of Credit) and the creditworthiness of the Obligated Group, short-term rating of VMIG l, based upon the Barclays Letters of Credit, and underlying rating of A2, based upon the creditworthiness of the Obligated Group. In November of 2017, Moodys downgraded the underlying rating to A3. Premier Health Partners, as Obligated Group Agent, hereby provides notice that on April 5, 2018, Moodys downgraded the long-term credit rating of the Bank to A2. As a result of the downgrade of the Banks long-term credit rating, Moodys also downgraded the credit rating on the Bonds to Aa3, effective April 5, 2018. The short-term ratings and underlying ratings on the Bonds remain VMIG 1 and A3, respectively. Such reflects only the views of Moodys and an explanation of the significance of such ratings may only be obtained from Moodys.
