- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Holders of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Transportation Revenue Variable Rate Bonds, Subseries 2005E-2 and Subseries 2005E-3 (the Bonds) referenced above that: 1. Pursuant to the Amendment to the Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Determination Relating to Transportation Revenue Variable Rate Bonds, Series 2005E, of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Authorization of Certain Actions in Connection Therewith, dated as of October 15, 2018 (the Amendment), MTA amended the definition of Authorized Denominations set forth in the Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Determination, dated as of August 22, 2018 (the Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Determination), to read as follows with respect to the Bonds: Authorized Denominations means with respect to Bonds of a Series (i) in a Commercial Paper Mode, Daily Mode or Weekly Mode, $100,000 and any integral multiple of $500 in excess thereof, and (ii) in a Term Rate Mode or Fixed Rate Mode, $5,000 and any integral multiple thereof, provided, however, that if as a result of the change in the Mode of the Bonds of a Series from a Term Rate Mode to a Commercial Paper Mode, Daily Mode or Weekly Mode, it is not possible to deliver all the Bonds of a Series required or permitted to be Outstanding in a denomination permitted above, Bonds of a Series may be delivered, to the extent necessary, in different denominations. 2. No other amendments were made to the Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Determination.
