• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Owners of the above-described bonds (the Bonds) that, in accordance with Resolution No. 4591 of the Board of Water and Power Commissioners of the City of Los Angeles (the Board) adopted on February 6, 2001 (the Master Resolution), as supplemented by Resolution No. 4593 adopted by the Board on February 6, 2001 (the Second Supplemental Resolution, and the Master Resolution, as supplemented by the Second Supplemental Resolution, the Bond Resolution), pursuant to which such Bonds were issued, the current 2001B Credit Support Instrument for the Bonds will expire on January 25, 2018 and therefore the Bonds will be subject to mandatory tender for purchase on January 18, 2018 (the Purchase Date). In accordance with Section 4.04(a)(2) of the Second Supplemental Resolution, the Bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on the Purchase Date, which is the fifth Business Day before the expiration of the 2001B Credit Support Instrument currently in effect.
