- News: Mossyrock School District No. 206, Lewis County, Washington (the District), furnishes this notice with respect to the Districts Unlimited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bonds, 2016 (the Bonds). The District entered into a continuing disclosure undertaking with respect to the Bonds that requires the District to provide notices of certain material events. Upon issuance of the Bonds, Moodys Investors Service (Moodys) published an underlying rating of A2 for the Bonds. On September 6, 2018, Moodys withdrew the underlying rating on the Bonds due to insufficient or otherwise inadequate information to support the maintenance for the rating on the Bonds. At the time of the withdrawal of the underlying rating on the Bonds, the enhanced rating assigned to the Bonds for participating in the Washington State School Credit Enhancement Program was not withdrawn and remained Aa1.
