- News: JKV is voluntarily providing this notice for general information purposes only. JKV is considering the issuance of revenue bonds by The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Lees Summit, Missouri on behalf of JKV (the Planned Revenue Bonds), which will be secured on a parity with the Series 2014 Bonds and Series 2016 Bonds under the Master Trust Indenture dated as of May 1, 2007, as supplemented and amended, between JKV and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as master trustee. The proceeds of the Planned Revenue Bonds are expected to be used to refund all outstanding Series 2007 Bonds. The Series 2007 Bonds that remain outstanding are currently callable at a redemption price equal to 100% of the redeemed bonds plus accrued interest to the redemption date. The proceeds of the Planned Revenue Bonds may also finance certain capital improvements to the JKV campus in Lees Summit, Missouri. JKV presently contemplates that the Planned Revenue Bonds will be issued within the next 90 days in the original principal amount of approximately $40 million, depending on the amount of capital expenditures JKV elects to finance. No Series 2014 Bonds or Series 2016 Bonds are expected to be refunded as part of this planned financing. The foregoing matters are descriptions of certain current plans of JKV. JKV is not obligated to take any actions with respect to the potential issuance of the Planned Revenue Bonds or any refunding of the Series 2017 Bonds.
