- News: The Kentucky State Property and Buildings Commission (the Commission) plans to offer approximately $271,755,000* Revenue Bonds, Project No. 119 (the Project No. 119 Bonds), and $9,590,000* Agency Fund Revenue Refunding Bonds, Project No. 120 (the Project No. 120 Bonds) (and together with the Project No. 119 Bonds, the Bonds) through a negotiated sale on or about June 5, 2018. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. has been hired as the senior managing underwriter of the Bonds. While it is the Commissions expectation today to move forward with this transaction, the Commission reserves the right to change or modify its plan as necessary. If issued, it is anticipated that the Project No. 119 Bonds will be used to (i) fund a variety of approved projects known collectively as Project No. 119, and (ii) pay costs of issuing the Project No. 119 Bonds. If issued, it is anticipated that the Project No. 120 Bonds will be used to (i) refund (a) outstanding Commission Taxable Agency Revenue Bonds, Project No. 92 and Project No. 97, and (b) outstanding Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission Project Notes, 2005 Agency Fund Taxable First Series, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund, and (iii) pay costs of issuing the Project No. 120 Bonds. The actual outstanding bonds to be refunded will be determined based on market conditions at the time of sale of the Bonds. The Commission can give no assurance that any outstanding bonds will ultimately be refunded. A list of outstanding bonds being considered for refunding is set forth on the following page.
