- News: On the date hereof, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as master trustee (the Master Trustee) under that certain Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture dated as of October 15, 1995, as previously supplemented and amended (the Original Master Indenture), has received the consent of the holders of a majority in aggregate principal of the Obligations outstanding under the Original Master Indenture to the amendment and restatement of the Original Master Indenture. Therefore, the Second Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture dated as of December 15, 2017 (the Second Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture) among the Master Trustee and the Members of the Obligated Group is effective as of the date hereof. The Second Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
