- News: The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, Florida (the ""Authority"") hereby gives notice that it has approved a Codified and Restated Subordinated Trust Agreement relating to the Authority`s Tampa International Airport Subordinated Revenue Bonds, originally dated October 1, 2013, as amended (""Restated Subordinated Trust Agreement""), which is effective on and after November 7, 2018 (the ""Effective Date""). The Restated Subordinated Trust Agreement contains definitive amendments approved in 2015 and 2018 that have now become effective. Certain amendments pending approval have been included in Exhibit A thereto. The Authority further gives notice that it has approved a Codified and Restated Trust Agreement relating to the Authority`s Tampa International Airport Revenue Bonds, originally dated October 1, 1968, as amended (""Restated Senior Trust Agreement""), which is effective on and after November 7, 2018 (the ""Effective Date""). The Restated Senior Trust Agreement contains definitive amendments approved in 2013 and 2015 and amendments thereafter that have become effective as of the Effective Date with respect to the Authority`s Senior Bonds. Certain amendments pending approval have been included in Exhibits A and B thereto, and certain conceptual amendments approved prior to 1999 and for which definitive provisions have not yet been drafted, have been included in their conceptual form as authorized amendments.
