On December 5, 2017, Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) downgraded the insurance financial strength rating from AA+ to AA on National Public Finance Guarantee Corp. (NPFG), a sub sidiary of MBIA Inc., assigned a Negative Outlook and subsequently withdrew the rating for business reasons. The Bonds are insured by NPFG.
