- News: The City of Country Club Hills, Cook County, Illinois (the City), pursuant to issuing its General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 (the Bonds), entered into an undertaking (the Undertaking) to file notice of certain material events with respect to the Bonds as required by Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Among the material events for which notice is required by the Undertaking are any principal and interest payment delinquencies. In accordance with the Undertaking, notice is hereby given that, with respect to the principal and interest payment due on the Bonds on December 1, 2018, the City made a delinquent payment of the full amount due on such date on December 5, 2018, which was two business days after the payment was due. The principal and interest payment delinquency was caused by a procedural oversight and was not due to a financial difficulty on the part of the City. (The District mailed the December 1, 2018 payment on the Bonds to the paying agent for the Bonds on November 26, 2018, but such payment was not received by such paying agent prior to the payment date.)
