- News: The City hereby provides notice that the Standby Bond Purchase Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2012, as amended and supplemented (the Agreement), among the City, for and on behalf of Colorado Springs Utilities, an enterprise of the City, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (Wells Fargo), as Tender Agent and Paying Agent, and U.S. Bank National Association (the Bank), has been amended by the Second Amendment to Standby Bond Purchase Agreement, dated September 13, 2018 (the Second Amendment), among the City, Wells Fargo and the Bank. The Second Amendment, among other things, amends the definition of Expiration Date in the Agreement to mean the later of (a) 5:00 p.m., New York time, on September 14, 2022 or, if such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next succeeding such day, and (b) 5:00 p.m., New York time, on the last day of any extension of such date pursuant to the Agreement or, if such last day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such day. No change to the ratings of the Bonds is expected to occur as a result of the Second Amendment.
