This letter provides notice that on December 3, 2018, Moodys Investors Services downgraded its long-term underlying ratings of unlimited tax general obligation (UTGO) and limited tax general obligation (LTGO) debt of the District. As a result of this rating action, the Districts UTGO issuer rating was downgraded from Baa1 to Baa2, and subsequently withdrawn as the assigned rating to the Districts Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds, 2018, as Baa2 becomes the senior-most, issuer-equivalent rating.
