- News: This Material Event Notice is being filed pursuant to the continuing disclosure provisions of a separate Series Resolution (each, as amended, a Series Resolution and collectively, the Series Resolutions) for each of the 2005B Bonds, the 2005C Bonds and the 2005D Bonds described above (collectively, the Bonds), duly adopted by The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority (the Authority) on October 24, 2005, amended on December 17, 2009 and amended and restated effective December 8, 2016. On December 8, 2016, in connection with a mandatory tender of the Bonds, each Series Resolution was amended and restated to add four new interest rate modes, the Interest Rate Period for each series of Bonds was changed to the Bank-Bought Index Floating Rate mode and the Bonds were remarketed to a bank purchaser. While the Bonds bear interest at the BankBought Index Floating Rate mode, no further continuing disclosure with respect to the Bonds is required to be filed by the Authority.
