December 9, 2016, Westfield-Washington Schools (the ""School Corporation"") and the Westfield High School 1995 Building Corporation (the ""Building Corporation"") released a portion of the property secured under the Trust Indenture dated as of February 1, 1998 between the Building Corporation and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as successor trustee (the ""Trustee""), as supplemented by a First Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of June 1, 2000, a Second Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of February 1, 2002, a Third Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of January 1, 2006, a Fourth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of October 1, 2007, a Fifth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of August 1, 2012, a Sixth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of July 1, 2013, a Seventh Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of April 1, 2016 and an Eighth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of May 1, 2016 (as supplemented, the ""Indenture""); and (ii) a Lease between the Building Corporation and the School Corporation, originally dated April 26, 1995, as amended to the date hereof (the ""1995 Lease"").
