- News: The West Islip UFSD failed to pay $1,110,000.00 of total principal and $175,373.19 of total interest due on June 15, 2018. Although sufficient funds were available on June 15, 2018, in an account established by the District, the District paid said principal and interest on June 19, 2018, immediately after becoming aware of the missed payments. The District has taken steps to ensure that this error does not happen again.
