- News: Pursuant to a Resolution adopted by the Water District on October 10, 2017, in connection with issuance of the Water Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017A and Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2017B (the 2017 Resolution), the Water District amended certain provisions of the resolutions authorizing the abovereferenced bonds (the Prior Resolutions). The amendments were undertaken in accordance with the Prior Resolutions. Both S&P Global Ratings and Moodys Investors Service have issued reports verifying that the amendment of the Prior Resolutions will not, in and of itself, result in a downgrade of the current ratings on the above-referenced bonds.
