- News: The County of Montgomery, Virginia (the County), has entered into Continuing Disclosure Agreements (the CDAs) in connection with the issuance by the Virginia Public School Authority of the above-referenced bonds (collectively, the Bonds). The CDAs require the County to file, among other things, notice of certain events (including changes in ratings on the Bonds). On February 9, 2018, S&P Global Ratings upgraded its rating on the Bonds from AA to AA+. A rating reflects only the view of the particular rating agency assigning such rating and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold the Bonds. Any such rating may be changed at any time, and there can be no assurance that it will not be subject to further revision or withdrawn entirely by a rating agency if, in the judgment of such rating agency, circumstances so warrant.
