- News: Interest Distribution The Trustee has received written Direction from holders of a majority of the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds (Majority Holders) directing the Trustee to use certain funds on hand in the Interest Account to pay a portion of the past due interest on the Bonds. The Trustee has been advised that the Bonds are in Default and that such defaults have not been waived.
