• News: Due primary to the change in zoning of Filing 4A, and slower buildout of the rest of the development, the District is presently unable to meet its annual debt service obligation and does not anticipate meeting its debt service obligations in the future. The District will continue to impose the Required Mill Levy, pursuant to the Indenture. The District made a Bond payment on June 1, 2016 which met its required payment obligation of tax revenue generated by 30 mills and associated Specific Ownership Tax revenue. The District will not be making a December 1 st payment.
