- News: NOTICE OF DEFEASANCE TYLER HEALTH FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Hospital Revenue Bonds (Mother Frances Hospital Regional Health Care Center Project) Series 2011 CUSIP Nos.:* 902261HL3, 902261HM1, 902261HN9, 902261HP4 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the entire principal amount of the captioned bonds (collectively, the Bonds) have been legally defeased in accordance with that certain Trust Indenture, dated as of October 1, 2011, as amended and supplemented by First Supplemental Trust Indenture, dated as of October 1, 2011 (together, the Indenture) between the Tyler Health Facilities Development Corporation (the Issuer) and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association , as trustee (the Trustee). Th ere has been deposited with The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N ational Association (the Escrow Agent) , in trust, moneys and/or Defeasance Obligations sufficient to pay the principal or redemption price (as applicable) of the B onds on the earlier of their stated maturity or the Redemption Date (as defined below) plus accrued interest thereon when due . Pursuant to Section 1002 of the Indenture, the Bonds are deemed to have been paid and are no longer Outstanding under the Indenture and are no longe r secured by or entitled to the benefits of the Indenture and are secured only by the moneys and/or Defeasance Obligations so deposited with the Escrow Agent . Take further notice that the Trustee has been given irrevocable instructions to call the Bonds fo r optional redemption on July 1, 2021 (the Redemption Date), at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the Redemption Date.
