- News: Tukwila School District No. 406, King County, Washington (the ""District""), furnishes this notice with respect to the District`s above-referenced (the ""Bonds""). The District previously entered into a continuing disclosure undertaking with respect to the Bonds that requires the District to provide certain annual financial information to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (""MSRB"") on or before May 31 of each year. The District failed to file with the MSRB`s Electronic Municipal Market Access portal (""EMMA""), at the times required by the undertaking in connection with the Bonds, (i) its audited financial statements for the fiscal years ending August 31, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and (ii) operating data forthe calendar year ending December 31, 2015. The audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2016 were untimely filed with EMMA on November 17, 2017 (approximately 22 days after such audited financial statements became available). The audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2017 were untimely filed with EMMA on June 26, 2018 (approximately 26 days after such audited financial statements became available). On or about the date of this notice, the District has filed with EMMA its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2015 and operating data for the calendar year ending December 31, 2015.
