- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Falls Authority (the Issuer) will not be in a position to file its audited financial statements by August 1, 2018, the date stated in the Continuing Disclosure Undertaking for filing thereof. The Issuer will not be in a position to file timely because the Issuers outside auditors will not have the audited financial statements completed by such date. Although no assurances can be given, the Issuer anticipates filing its audited financial statements on or about October 31, 2018.
