- News: The Board of Directors of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) adopted a resolution which authorizes the issuance of bonds to refund Homeownership Program Bonds of THDA which are subject to optional redemption at par on or after July 1, 2018, including without limitation, THDAs Homeownership Program Bonds, Issue 2009-1 (the Potential Refunded Bonds). No assurance can be provided, however, with respect to the issuance of bonds to refund the Potential Refunded Bonds and the resulting timing of any such optional redemption of Potential Refunded Bonds, or the actual principal amounts or subseries of Potential Refunded Bonds to be redeemed. The information in this notice is provided by THDA voluntarily and is not required to be disclosed at this time by THDA under applicable bond resolutions or continuing disclosure agreements, either as a listed event notice or otherwise.
